Website & App Redesign to improve UX

Summary

Project goal

Redesigning the Ungdomskort website and propose a new mobile app in order to improve its accessibility and usability.

I identified the key pain points through a user-centred design process, such as a confusing payment system and poor mobile responsiveness.

To address these challenges, I conducted in-depth UX research to develop an effective design, including persona creation, qualitative interviews, and usability testing.

My Contributions

I designed high-fidelity prototypes for both the website and app  applying design thinking techniques.

The new designs introduced simplified payment flows, a responsive and modern interface and a notification system, all features validated through iterative usability testing.

 The Ungdomskort experience was transformed into a more intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent service by mixing UX principles to the UI. The result modernised the brand’s interface and enhanced the commuting experience for its users.
